Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Shooters Co. Photography and Videography: We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy for our photography and videography services: Full Refund for Cancellations One Week Prior to Appointment: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their appointment at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled date. Half Refund for Cancellations Three Days in Advance: Clients who cancel their appointment at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled date will be eligible for a half refund. No Refund for Cancellations Less Than Three Days: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refund for cancellations made less than three days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation Process: Clients must notify Shooters Co. Photography and Videography of their cancellation in writing, either by email or through our official communication channels. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Exceptions: In the case of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may review and consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. Shooters Co. Photography and Videography reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed, with any changes communicated to clients in a timely manner.
