Here's what's included: - 1 Photographer + Co photographer - Pre-dated QR code or Link that ensure your guess access and timely delivery to your events digital gallery. - 60 + digital images delivered via online with unlimited downloads for you and guest.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a fair and efficient process for all, please take note of our cancellation policy for studio space rentals: 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an Initial deposit and or security deposit, which will be specified in your quote or invoice. 2. Booking and Security Deposit: All digital services and Studio bookings require a 50% Initial deposit and or security deposit to secure your booking reservation. All Digital Service: The Initial deposit will be applied to your balance owed and the remaining amount will be due before or at the end of the day of service. 3. Payment Terms: The full payment is due on or before the day of the scheduled service. Additional charges incurred during extended studio time and or digital services rendered, not specified in the initial quote, are due upon completion of the service. 4. Cancellation Notice: All digital content services require a 7 day prior written notice of cancellation to receive full refund without penalty. Failure to notify a need for cancellation prior to the penalty period will result in a non refundable initial deposit and or service fee. 3 day prior notice of cancellation will result in a %50 refund of your initial deposit and or service fee. Less than a 3 day notice no refund will be issued. 5. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only permitted to those that notify us 7 days prior to the scheduled day of service. This does not apply to Brand & Lifestyle Photography or Social Media HL (Highlight) video services. Please contact us to reschedule. 6. Emergency Situations: In case of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, ShooterCo Photography Studio may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations. 7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the scope and requirements for the day of service. (ex. Permits, insurances, special equipment etc. ) Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges. 8. Emergency Situations: In case of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, ShooterCo Photography Studio may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations. 9. Refunds: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Note: All cancellation, rescheduling, and damage-related concerns must be communicated in writing via email
