Cancellation Policy
ShootersCo Studio Booking Policy We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy for our photography and videography services: 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a Initial deposit and or security deposit, which will be specified in your quote or invoice. 2. Booking and Security Deposit: All digital services and Studio bookings require a 50% Initial deposit and or security deposit to secure your booking reservation. Studio Booking: Studio space bookings require an additional $45 deposit that will be refunded as soon as the same day or next day after utilization, pending no damage or violations of the terms. 3. Payment Terms: The full payment is due on or before the day of the scheduled service. Additional charges incurred during extended studio time and or digital services rendered, not specified in the initial quote, are due upon completion of the service. 4. Cancellation Notice: Studio Rental Cancellation Notice: 72 hr Prior Notice: Full refund or reschedule with no additional charge. Less than 72 hrs Prior Notice: 50% refund or reschedule with a 25% rescheduling fee No notice, no show: If the client fails to arrive and use the rented studio space without prior cancellation notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 5. Rescheduling: Studio rental|Studio rental clients may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the reserved time slot without incurring additional fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the reserved time slot may be subject to a 25-50% rescheduling fee. 6. Emergency Situations: In case of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, ShooterCo Photography Studio may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations. 7. Material Damages: Clients are responsible for any material damages that occur during their studio rental time. Damages will be assessed, and the client will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacements. Note: All cancellation, rescheduling, and damage-related concerns must be communicated in writing via email to info@shootersco.com. The cancellation date is determined based on the date and time of the email receipt. By booking our studio space, you acknowledge and agree to abide by ShooterCo Photography Studio's cancellation and damage policy.
